Expressions of interest are sought for the short term lease of a the Cosy Nook Cafe on Shore Road, Port Erin.

This may be of interest to businesses wishing to operate a food, beach, water activities or seaside related offering. Any proposals submitted may require suitable planning or licensing consent dependent upon the operating requirements for the nature of business. 

The lease is for the summer season (1st April 2022 to 30th September 2022 - 6 months) with the option to extend for the same period in 2023 by mutual agreement. The lease will be for the serving hatch area, patio area, toilet block and a small area of the beach if required. No internal space for customers is permitted under the terms of this short term lease.
