PORT ERIN COMMISSIONERS
LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1985
Notice is hereby given that Port Erin Commissioners have made an application to the Department of Infrastructure, under Section 51 of the Local Government Act 1985, to borrow a sum not exceeding £163,567 (one hundred and sixty three thousand five hundred and sixty seven pounds), repayable within a period of 20 years, to defray the cost of creation of an entrance, pedestrian crossing, water & electricity connections, and making good the surrounding wall at field 411412, Ballafesson Road, Port Erin. Monies will be borrowed through HSBC under the Local Authority Borrowing Agreement.

The petition will be considered by the Department of Infrastructure, Sea Terminal Building, Douglas, IM1 2RF and any views on the proposal should be submitted to the Petitions Officer of the said Department, no later than noon on Wednesday 1 June 2022.
