The Southern Area Housing Working Group consists of the Department of Infrastructure Housing Division, Port Erin Commissioners, Castletown Commissioners, Malew Parish Commissioners, Arbory Parish Commissioners, Rushen Parish Commissioners and Santon Parish Commissioners.

The Working Group is led by Chris Thomas MHK and is exploring and reviewing the provision of Public Sector Housing in the South of the Island.
