Port Erin Commissioners launches new swimming pontoon
Port Erin Commissioners has today launched its new swimming pontoon.
Port Erin Commissioners to continue with dog glove provision for 12 months
At its meeting in July, Port Erin Commissioners reviewed the costs and benefits in providing dog gloves (dog poo bags) throughout the village.
Bringing the Port Erin beach experience to Southlands residents
Port Erin Commissioners has submitted a planning application (22/00889/B) to locate two beach huts at Southlands Resource Centre.
Tenders sought for lease of refuse collection & kerbside recycling vehicles
On behalf of a joint service between Malew Parish Commissioners and Port Erin Commissioners, Port Erin Commissioners invites tenders for the replacement of two refuse collection vehicles plus a kerbside recycling vehicle on a minimum of a five-year lease option.
Relax and restore your energy in Port Erin
Port Erin residents and visitors can now relax and restore energy on a new solar bench which has been installed by the railway station in the village. As a first for the Isle of Man, the solar bench allows users to recharge their mobile phones by wireless or USB charging whilst making use of the free public WiFi within the centre of the village.
Works commence on Viewing Platform at Bradda Head Footpath
Port Erin Commissioners is pleased to announce that the works to create the new viewing platform on Bradda Head Footpath are due to commence today (20 June 2022).
