Please complete the online form providing as much detail as possible and we will investigate the matter.

You may use this form to inform us of a problem you have encountered around Port Erin.  
 

Please provide us with as much detail as you are able, for example, if you are reporting a streetlight issue, please supply the streetlight number which is found on the column or the location address, or in the case of an abandoned vehicle provide the registration number, make and model.

If the problem is a faulty streetlight, broken street litter bin or broken memorial bench, please use the interactive maps below to find the What3Words location and then submit the form below using this three word address as the location.

To do this, simply tap on the map image and it will take you to the What3Words app or prompt you to download it if you do not have the app on your phone/tablet. After tapping on the photo, the webpage will open the address list. Tap on the icon in the top right corner labelled ‘Map’ and the app will show you all the locations. There should be a plain blue dot, this symbolises where you are. If you zoom in on your location, you will be able to tap on the nearest circular bubble with three grey lines in it (red if it is a streetlight, blue if it is a street litter bin, green if it is a memorial bench). Please remember these three words and return to this webpage and submit the form below including the What3Words location in the describe the issue section. If it is a streetlight issue, please also include the streetlight number. Please note: this will not work on a desktop and only works if you have the What3Words app.
