Sale of Maine Road car park confirmed |

Port Erin Commissioners has confirmed the sale of Maine Road car park to Forest Homes.
As the car park is now under privately ownership, residents are advised to refrain from using the car park with immediate effect. Signage has been placed on the entrance to the car park and any vehicles currently parked have had a notice advising that the car park is no longer for public use. Vehicle owners currently using the car park are advised to ensure their vehicle is removed before 5pm on Friday 17th March.
Forest Homes will be erecting security fencing around the site in the coming days and plan to develop the site in the near future. Planning approval for seven dwellings with associated parking was granted in December 2016.
