PORT ERIN COMMISSIONERS LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1985 Port Erin Commissioners has submitted a petition seeking the approval of the Department of Infrastructure, under section 25 of the Local Government Act 1985, for the lease of the bowling green at Breagle Glen, Port Erin for three terms of 7 years. A copy of the plans showing the land proposed to be leased, and details of the Petition may be inspected at Port Erin Commissioners office during normal office hours. The petition will be considered by the Department of Infrastructure in the week commencing 8 December 2025. Any person wishing to submit views on this application should do so in writing to the Petitions’ Officer, Department of Infrastructure, Sea Terminal, Douglas no later than 12:00 noon on Friday 5 December 2025.
