Expressions of interest are sought for the lease of a wooden kiosk on Shore Road, Port Erin. This may be of interest to businesses wishing to operate a food, beach, water activities or seaside related offering. Any proposals submitted may be subject to suitable planning consent and any other operating requirements for businesses of that nature. The kiosks are 10' x 8' and have power and water, which are chargeable, but are not connected to drainage. The lease is for a term of 2 years commencing 1st April 2026. A summer rental rate applies between April and September, with a winter rate from October to March. Further details are available from the undersigned. Closing date for enquiries 12 noon on Friday 19 December 2025. For the successful party, catering equipment currently within the kiosk may be available for purchase from the outgoing tenant which would be by agreement between those parties, not Port Erin Commissioners.
