This table shows planning applications which have been considered by the Board since 1st April 2014, and the outcome of that particular application. 
 

Should you need to review any of the applications, you can follow the "CLICK HERE TO SEE PLANS" link to the online planning section of the Isle of Man Government website. 

Please note that “CLICK HERE” link is currently broken with the implementation of the new Planning Division website for applications before 1 January 2025. In order to view plans before that date you will need to make a note of the planning application reference, e.g. PA 24/91310/C and enter it into the planning website HERE.

Please note that Port Erin Commissioners does not receive paper copies of planning applications. If you would like to view paper copies, you will need to attend the Planning Division office which holds these.
