The Department of Infrastructure is changing the mechanism for setting public sector housing rents across the Island. This will apply to both DoI Housing Agency tenants and Local Authority housing tenants. 

Expressions of interest are sought for the lease of a wooden kiosk on Shore Road, Port Erin. 

Port Erin Commissioners has submitted a petition seeking the approval of the Department of Infrastructure, under section 25 of the Local Government Act 1985, for the lease of the bowling green at Breagle Glen, Port Erin for three terms of 7 years.

The Department of Infrastructure is seeking feedback on speed limits on residential roads in the Isle of Man.

Port Erin Commissioners Take Action Following Liquidation of Reayrt Vradda Glamping Site

Port Erin Commissioners was saddened to hear the news that its tenant of land off Ballafesson Road, Port Erin, Reayrt Vradda Limited, is seeking voluntary winding up of the Company.

The Clerk of Port Erin Commissioners has accepted the resignation of Commissioner Mr Marc Morley.

At the Annual General Meeting of Port Erin Commissioners, held on 13 May 2025, Mrs Hannah Mackenzie was elected as Chair for the Municipal Year 2025-26. 

Mrs Barbara Guy was elected to serve as Vice-Chair for the same period.
