It's competition time! Port Erin.

This is a competition for everybody aged from from zero to high school. We are looking for an artistic interpretation of what a good town square looks like to you. You can play a town planner and landscape architect and create your town square. Take inspiration from your recent holiday or travels, locally from the island or on social media. Inspiration is everywhere.

Planning application submitted for former fire station in Port Erin

Port Erin Commissioners is pleased to announce that a planning application has been submitted for the former Fire Station on Droghadfayle Road for change of use to accommodate group exercise and 1:1 personal training sessions.

Port Erin Commissioners announce rate of 361p for 2023-24

Port Erin Commissioners has announced that its local authority rate for the forthcoming financial year will be set at 361p, an increase of 9% from the current rate of 331p. This increase equates to 67p per week for a typical 3-bedroom property within Port Erin.

Expressions of Interest - Property Maintenance Services - January 2023

Port Erin Commissioners invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors who are MACCs Registered & Government Approved (where relevant) and are interested in being considered for the provision of planned, reactive and void property maintenance services across a range of trades. Port Erin Commissioners own and manage 214 public sector housing properties, as well as several commercial properties in Port Erin.
