PORT ERIN COMMISSIONERS

Notice is hereby given that Port Erin Commissioners have made an application to the Department of Infrastructure, under Section 51 of the Local Government Act 1985, to borrow a sum not exceeding £56,404 (fifty six thousand four hundred and forty four pounds), repayable within a period of 10 years, to defray the cost of a new multi-use game area and improved access to the court at Breagle Glen, Port Erin. Monies will be borrowed through HSBC under the Local Authority Borrowing Agreement.

The petition will be considered by the Department of Infrastructure, Sea Terminal Building, Douglas, IM1 2RF and any views on the proposal should be submitted to the Petitions Officer of the said Department, no later than noon on Tuesday 14 July 2020.
