Expressions of interest are sought from companies or individuals interested in a short-term lease for a parcel of land behind the Cosy Nook Café on Shore Road, Port Erin. 

A seasonal lease (1^st April to 30^th September) or an annual lease of up to 3 years with options to extend to a maximum of 7 years would be considered.
 

To register your interest, please write to the undersigned, or email expressions@porterin.gov.im, outlining any proposals and business plans for the use of the land. 

Please note that any proposed use of the land may require relevant planning permission, that the adjoining Cosy Nook Café is a Registered Building and the adjoining brows are a registered wildlife site.

Expressions of interest must be received no later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday 31st January 2024.
