National Recycle Week - 21 to 27 September 2020 |

Did you know that this week is National Recycle Week? From Monday 21 September to Sunday 27 September, the UK has an annual event to raise awareness of the benefits of recycling. To mark the event the Commissioners' Office will be turned green. What do you think the impact will be if recycling doesn’t happen? Please take a minute to think how you can be part of the solution. Recycle at home or work; remember that tin cans and glass don’t burn so please don’t just place them in the bin. Your newspapers, magazines and white card can be recycled back into more paper too. You can use the various bring bank sites around the village to deposit these types of waste items. Have you considered composting? We have composters available for home delivery or collection and can take payment over the phone.
