Expressions of Interest – Commissioners’ Properties in Station Road Car Park
Expressions of interest are sought from companies or individuals interested in utilising various Commissioners’ properties within Station Road Car Park.
To register your interest, please write to the undersigned, or email expressions@porterin.gov.im outlining any proposals for the use of the property or properties.
Please note that any proposed use may require relevant planning permission. Each of the properties available are located within an area designated for mixed use under the Area Plan for the South.
Expressions of interest must be received no later than 12:00 noon on Friday 23rd December 2022.
