Guidance on Overhanging Vegetation |

Following the transfer of services from the Department of Infrastructure in April 2015, Port Erin Commissioners has now assumed responsibility for addressing overhanging trees, shrubs or bushes presenting a danger to users of the public highway.
As such, a brief guide has been produced to clarify responsibilities and the process to follow should any issues be identified by members of the public.
